Please remember, shipping time does not include processing time!

Our partner typically ships within 48hrs. The shipping carrier will take it from there. We have no control over the shipping speed as soon as it's out of our hands.

We cannot 100% guarantee any specific delivery dates!

Shipping costs are determined by the weight of your order and the shipping destination. It will be automatically calculated at check out.

After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order number. Once your order has shipped, you will receive your tracking information. Please allow a day or so for the tracking information to update.

We only have as much information as is shown on your shipment tracking page. If you need more assistance, it is best to contact the postal service directly.

Once the package has been shipped, Lowrider Fever is not responsible for any delays or delivery issues. If you believe your package has been misdelivered or stolen, please contact the postal service directly.

If your package has been redirected back to use due to an invalid shipping address, please email us at lowriderartist@gmail.com

Make sure you’ve searched your promotional, junk, and spam folders in case the notification has landed there. You can mark us as SAFE too so that you won’t miss messages from us in the future.

You may be able to change your address if our carrier has not yet packed your order. Please get in touch straight away with your order number and correct shipping address, and we will attempt to make this change for you.

Items marked “delivered” by the USPS and UPS are considered delivered for the purposes of refunds and cancellations. 

Be sure to check around the front of your home, your mailbox, mailroom, etc. We also recommend checking with your building management or neighbors who may have collected it for you.

In some cases, you may be able to file a claim with USPS for missing packages.

Currently we are only shipping within the continental United States.

Our processing center packs orders quickly, so we may not always be able to honor all cancellation requests.

We are not accepting returns or exchanges at this time.
